Florence is building the ‘Plaid’ infrastructure for complex care: an AI-native integrated data layer directly connecting providers to families with disabilities end-to-end. We accomplish this by building a longitudinal memory of each individual's care history and share across all platforms as a unified API. With this record, we also deploy source-grounded agents automating care workflows to match families with resources and navigate various benefits. We're hoping to solve the $46B+ in annual administrative costs within disability care.
