Chemical plants and manufacturing facilities are designed and run in legacy software like Aspen and Aveva: clunky, local, siloed and lacking AI-native integration.
Alluvyum is building a modern data infrastructure and intelligence platform spanning design, simulation, and industrial control across petrochemicals, specialty chemicals, pharma, and materials. The eventual moat is the data layer accumulated from working with customers and fine-tuned surrogate models trained for companies that their plants can use for real-time optimization.
The team is running a proof-of-concept project with an Asian chemical company in specialty adhesives and, in early stage design partnership talks with a company in petrochemicals.
